[LICENSES]

- A Mass Mailer license is valid for the registered e-mail address only. If you wish to use different sender addresses, you need to buy separate licenses for each. Mass Mailer already knows if an e-mail account is registered or not, so you don't have to worry about anything else.

- A 'Standard' Mass Mailer license is used to send an e-mail up to (and including) 50 recipients at once.

- An 'Extended' Mass Mailer license is used to send an e-mail up to (and including) 500* recipients at once.

- An 'Enterprise' Mass Mailer license is used to send an e-mail to as many people as you want*.

* The mail server you use may have a quota for outgoing e-mails. The number of mails you can send cannot exceed that quota. Check with your mail server for more details.

[TROUBLESHOOTING]

- Mass Mailer works on any platform that can run Java (Windows/Mac/Linux/Unix/Solaris etc) and has Java installed. It is advised to keep Java up to date.

- If you merge vCard files with different charsets (into one file), you may run into encoding problems. It is advised you keep vCard files in folders instead.

- Make sure vCards, eml and html files to be imported are encoded in UTF-8 to prevent issues.

- Use Edit -> Add Text -> _RECIPIENT-NAME_ for referring to the recipient. If you are going to import contents, you may also use the '_RECIPIENT-NAME_' phrase in your EML or HTML editor.

- Some EML editors may not produce the expected result. Meaning, sent message will not be viewed the same as you designed. You may need to experiment with some of them before you find the best that works for you.

- HTML file that is going to be imported must not refer to images on file. Images must be either embedded or referred via web links.

- There is a 'Recipient Locale' option for preventing language related abnormalities. Enter recipients' two-digit language code there for safety and try not to send mail to people from different locales at once.
